Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, accompanied by the original invoice or purchase receipt showing a purchase date within 90 days (30 days for power tools), and with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return a product, please bring it along with your receipt to any HPM Building Supply store. Returns are not accepted by mail.
Commercial Buyers may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the amount of any refund or credit allowed by HPM.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5-7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned, refunded, credited or exchanged:
● Special Order items including HPM manufactured products
● Products marked "Clearance”
● Any product that is returned in an unsellable condition (including packaging)
For defective or damaged products under warranty, please bring the original invoice or receipt to the nearest retail location to arrange for a replacement or exchange.
Please Note
All Power Tools must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be in unused and re-sellable condition.
